Scene-Of-The-Day

I've started a new exercise where, every morning, I take the Merriam-Webster Word Of The Day and use it to inspire a one page scene. My goal is to try and pack as much of a story into a single page as possible; let's see how I do, eh?

12-13-12: "Parietal"

Parietal: "Of or relating to walls." (Technically of bodily cavities, but I went a different way...)

 "Actually, I'm alive! You can still teach me to count, good Hubert! I seem to be suffering from paralysis of the body, so I'll need you to feed me and bathe me, but-"
